Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to Singapore only.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time We ship via international courier. Estimated delivery time to Singapore is 6-10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Customs & Import All items are shipped from China. Packages may be subject to customs inspection. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
